We are a small, friendly yard looking for both full and part time riding instructors/grooms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with horses in a small but busy yard in the centre of London.
The role involves escorting rides, teaching arena lessons and general yard duties.
The ideal candidate will be:
– Experienced working with horses.
– An experienced rider; capable on a variety of horses in all paces and able to lead two horses whilst mounted.
– Qualified with BHS stages and/or extensive relevant industry experience.
– Able to carry out all yard duties ie mucking out, grooming etc.
– Confident teaching adults and children at varying levels of experience.
– Friendly and willing to build a rapport with customers.
– Polite and courteous phone manner/ ability to welcome customers and take bookings.
– Must speak fluent English – additional languages are a bonus.
– Eligible to work in the UK.
– Must weigh under 75kg.
Salary dependent on experience
