Contract: 2-year fixed term
Hours: Full-Time 35 hours position
Salary: Circa £42,000 per annum dependent on experience

About the role:
International Cat Care is seeking a Cat Friendly Homing Programme Manager on a 2-year fixed term contract, to lead the development and delivery of our Cat Friendly Homing Programme, supporting organisations worldwide to improve welfare outcomes for unowned cats through our coaching and accreditation programme.

This varied role will involve managing international projects, supporting a network of coaches and stakeholders, supporting the development of resources and training programmes, measuring impact, overseeing budgets, and promoting the programme through both partnerships and marketing activity.

We’re looking for someone with:
• A qualification or significant experience in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing, animal welfare, clinical behaviour or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cat health, behaviour and wellbeing.
• Proven exceptional project management experience, including delivery of complex programmes.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently and build relationships across an international network.

Experience in cat population management, training development and delivery, managing accreditation programmes, impact measurement, or human behaviour change initiatives would be an advantage.
