    Farm Estate Worker Farm Estate Worker – Berkshire – £28,500 – £35,000 + Accommodation The Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and reliable Farm Estate Worker to join a well-established private rural estate in Berkshire. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining high standards across both agricultural and estate environments. Working as part of a small, friendly team, you will support the day-to-day operations of the farm and wider estate. This is a diverse position involving a mix of agricultural, maintenance, and general estate duties. Key Responsibilities: – General farm work, including livestock care (if applicable) and routine husbandry tasks – Tractor driving and operation of farm machinery – Estate maintenance, including fencing, groundwork, and basic repairs – Grassland and paddock maintenance (topping, mowing, etc.) – Assisting with property and infrastructure upkeep across the estate – Supporting seasonal activities and projects as required The Candidate: – Previous experience in a similar farm or estate role – Confident operating tractors and agricultural machinery – Practical skills in maintenance, fencing, or groundwork – A proactive and flexible approach to work – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Strong work ethic and attention to detail – Full UK driving licence The Package: – Salary of £28,500 – £35,000 DOE – 2 bedroom house provided as part of the package – Opportunity to work within a well maintained and respected private estate – Long term, stable employment with variety in day-to-day tasks Please email your CV to Liam Davis, Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant, LDavis@agriRS.co.uk. Key Responsibilities: – Daily milking of dairy herd to a high standard – Feeding and general care of livestock – Monitoring animal health and reporting any concerns – Cleaning and maintaining milking equipment and farm facilities – Assisting with calving and youngstock care when required – General farm duties including bedding, yard work, and maintenance – Working Hours based on a rota system, including working the odd weekend on a 2-week rotation basis. This is a hands on role working as part of a small team, focused on maintaining high animal welfare and production standards. You will be responsible for the day to day care of pigs within a breeding unit.
