Salary: £29,000.00 per annum

Location: This Midlands-based role is contracted through our Head Office near Stoneleigh, Warwickshire. While offering extensive flexibility to work from home, the position also involves travel to meetings, events and stakeholder engagements, together with attendance at Head Office as required.
Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week – with an early finish on a Friday! We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours, which we’re happy to discuss.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating Horse Care & Welfare programmes and community engagement activities
- Planning and delivering Horse Health Days, Healthcare & Education Clinics and other welfare initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement through data, insight and innovation
- Building partnerships with volunteers, professionals, communities and external organisations
- Supporting fundraising, income generation and impact reporting activities
- Maintaining effective systems, processes and programme administration
What you won’t be doing:
- Managing frontline welfare concerns or undertaking welfare investigations
- Delivering activity for activity’s sake, you’ll help demonstrate meaningful welfare outcomes and impact
- Focusing solely on administration, you’ll play an active role in shaping, improving and evaluating welfare programmes
- Working in a purely office-based role, you’ll regularly engage with colleagues, volunteers, partners and at events across the UK
- Keeping strictly 9-5 hours, occasional evenings, weekends and overnight stays will be required
